Carver Kids

Carver Kids Ministry exist to see generations of Jesus Followers. From infants to 5th graders we desire for each child to hear the good news that Jesus came to save sinners.

Children are warmly invited to attend:

  • Sunday School, 9:45am
  • Children's Church: PreK ~ 1st Grade (Dismissed during Offering)
  • Midweek Service, Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 (Free supper provided @ 6pm)

We're always looking for great individuals to love and serve our kids, and help show the love of Christ to them during our gatherings.  All ministry volunteers working with children must pass a background check conducted by Carver Baptist Church. If you're someone who would like to serve, or just know a little bit more about Carver Kids, please connect with us.

Student Ministries

Sunday Gatherings:

Those serving in our Student Ministry on Sundays get the opportunity to build and foster relationships with students, ministering them through the teaching of Scripture, worship and intentional discipleship. Students are invited to join our two Youth Sunday School Classes; One for Middle Schoolers and One for High School and College. Both classes gather at 9:45am each Sunday.

Midweek Gatherings:

Student Ministries also meets together midweek for games, community, teaching and bible study led by our Pastor, Philip Corbean. We start the evening together playing games and hearing a message, specially crafted for middle and high school students. We gather to eat at 6pm followed by service from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.

Carver Worship ministries

Choir: We invite all believers to be a part of our worship services on Sunday mornings. Choir members practice on Sunday afternoons at 5pm (breaking during summer months). The Choir leads the congregation in worship often times presenting new songs to the church.

Praise Team: Because of the up front position of our praise team, we reserve this ministry for members of Carver. The Praise team assists our Worship Leader in guiding and encouraging the congregation to present our praise offerings to God.
