Service begins Sunday at 11:00 am in the gym.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Whether you've attended church your entire life or never at all, we know it's not easy visiting for the first time. You're not quite sure what to expect and you probably have a lot of questions. At Carver, we want to give you the best experience possible.
HOW DO I GET THERE?
We are located off HWY 441 S just outside the city of Douglas. From HWY 441 S, head east on Carver Church Road. At the stop sign, take a left. We are located just ahead on the left.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ARRIVE?
We have parking all around our facility and handicap parking in front of the gym as well as under the drive by the graveyard. You may also run into one of our badged safety team members on your way in. They are here to keep our congregation and also our children safe. If you have any questions they will be more than happy to help! Once you enter the building, we look forward to meeting you.
WHAT ARE OUR SERVICES LIKE?
Worship services at Carver offer a blend of dynamic, contemporary worship songs and traditional hymns prepared to invite everyone to participate. Sermons are presented in a way that challenges you to connect, reflect, and act upon your relationship with God.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
At Carver, we want you to feel comfortable to come as you are. We welcome jeans, t-shirts, suits, ties, tuxedos...you get the idea. You will see people wearing clothes ranging from dressy to casual.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
All children from birth to Kindergarten are invited to join us in a fun, safe, interactive environment where our team of trained and background checked volunteers are prepared to teach your child the Bible. We have an optional nursery available during both Sunday School and Worship Services. Parents are welcome to keep their children in every service (A baby changing station is located in each bathroom). Age graded Sunday School classes are provided for each age group at 9:45 am.
